IRB has emerged as the lowest bidder for a BOT project comprising Design, Engineering, Finance, Costruction, Operation amd Maintenance of Jaipur to Deoli Section of NH12 from Km 18.700 to Km 165.000 in the State of Rajasthan under NHDP Phase III on DBFOT Basis. The Construction cost is approx. Rs. 1500 crores. The project length is 148.770 Kms. IRB gets a concession period of 25 years and the equity support from NHAI during construction phase demanded is Rs.306.00 crores. The construction period is 910 days.
